Vegan Bacon? Uhm ok. So I found out about this stuff on The Vegan Version's blog. (one of my favorites so far) and she said it was pretty good. After trying her mushroom wellington, I will pretty much try anything she says is good. I ordered some and when it gets here I will write what I think of it.
I would like to try a FAKE BLT with Veganaise....it looked really good.
I wonder if it actually tastes like coconut at all?
